Body Therapy Clinic offer clients bespoke integrated bodywork sessions which involve working on soft tissues of the body such as muscles, tendons, ligaments and fascia in order to encourage the body to heal itself. All sessions incorporate manual therapy techniques such as Myofascial Release, Sports & Remedial Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Reflexology and Hot Stone Therapy.

Cranio-Sacral Therapy is also offered, being an exceptionally gentle yet powerful non-invasive therapy suitable for everyone - from babies through to the elderly. This therapy works on the physical, emotional and energetic levels to encourage homeostasis, balance and well-being, truly incorporating the philosophy of body, mind and spirit.

Body Therapy Clinic is based in the Cotswolds town of Charlbury, between Burford, Witney, Woodstock and Chipping Norton near the Oxfordshire, Wiltshire and Gloucestershire borders. Appointments can be arranged during the day or evening to suit you.
